The Pregnancy ON DEMAND course has over 10+ hours of content of specialist pregnancy yoga and pilates classes, stretching sequences, birth preparation flows, and bonus breathing and relaxation techniques.
The course is suitable for anyone from 12 weeks, and no previous experience in yoga or pilates is needed, all levels of fitness can benefit. The course is taught by Certified ante/postnatal Pilates and Yoga Instructors and Graduate Sports Rehab Therapists, therefore ideal if. you are struggling with pelvic girdle pain or back pain.
The course will teach you methods to help:
- Maintain and strengthen pelvic floor muscles
- Gentle movements to release tension, and strengthen your body
- Reduce lower back and pelvic girdle pain (pgp)
