Our online Pregnancy ON DEMAND course is blend of  Yoga, Pilates , stretching and relaxation to help you feel more in control and prepared for the physical and emotional changes ahead.


The Pregnancy ON DEMAND course has over 10+ hours of content of specialist pregnancy yoga and pilates classes, stretching sequences, birth preparation flows, and bonus breathing and relaxation techniques.


The course is suitable for anyone from 12 weeks, and no previous experience in yoga or pilates is needed, all levels of fitness can benefit.  The course is taught by Certified ante/postnatal Pilates and Yoga Instructors and Graduate Sports Rehab Therapists, therefore ideal if. you are struggling with pelvic girdle pain or back pain.

The course will teach you methods to help:


  • Maintain and strengthen pelvic floor muscles
  • Gentle movements to release tension, and strengthen your body
  • Reduce lower back and pelvic girdle pain (pgp)
  • Improve posture
  • Reduce risk of abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
  • Improve well being, boost energy levels
  • Learn relaxation and breathing methods to reduce stress and anxiety
  • Birth Preparation techniques

8+ Hours of pregnancy specific yoga and pilates classes for 2nd and 3rd trimester, and a special birth preparation class

Pelvic floor 

Learn how important the pelvic floor is during pregnancy and post natal recovery. Practice exercises to help strength the pelvic floor, and help to reduce pelvic girlde pain

Guided Relaxation & Breathing 

Unwind and relax with bonus guided relaxations and breathing techniques to help you throughout your pregnancy and during labour

Pelvic Girdle Pain

The course instructor is a injury rehab therapist, and has in depth knowledge in the management of  including pelvic girdle pain, carpal tunnel and other pregnancy related problems, and can therefore offer adaptations so you can keep exercising safely  throughout pregnancy

Short Stretching Flows

Short on time, try the mini stretching sessions to ease tension in your back, hips and shoulders.
