Our pre-recorded online Pregnancy course gives you lifetime access to 10+ hours of content of specialist pregnancy Yoga and Pilates classes, stretching sequences, birth preparation flows, and bonus breathing and relaxation techniques, to help you feel more in control and prepared for the physical and emotional changes pregnancy brings.  You can access the content any time, anywhere throughout your pregnancy.

Content focus is on posture, mobility and importantly strengthening the back and pelvic floor muscles to help reduce pelvic girdle pain. The foundations needed during pregnancy to help protect and support the spine and pelvis, whilst offering stability to your joints and spine.  Furthermore, a stronger pelvic floor can aid an easier labour, reduce pregnancy induced back pain, and aid a quicker post natal recovery.

The course includes information about exercises, and what to expect as your body changes during and after pregnancy. We teach you how to strengthen, focus and prepare for child birth, and your postpartum recovery journey.

The course will teach you methods to help:

The course is suitable for anyone from 12 weeks, and no previous experience in yoga or pilates is needed, all levels of fitness can benefit.  The course is taught by Certified ante/postnatal Pilates and Yoga Instructors and Graduate Sports Rehab Therapists, therefore ideal if you are struggling with pelvic girdle pain , back pain or general  muscle ache and tension.
