One in 8 women are diagnosed with breast cancer, and it can be a scary Journey. We have therapists specially trained in pink ribbon post-operative breast cancer treatment care. The program is pilates based using gentle exercises specific to the needs of women during and after treatment, which means it is perfect for women who want to be active, moving and motivated whatever their stage of breast cancer survivorship.

We can provide support and, advise and individual pink ribbon rehab programs during and post treatment and surgery to help you recover and regain strength.
