Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place for clinical appointments and classes. If you fail to provide 24hrs or more notice for a session cancellation, you will still be charged the fee in FULL

Private Insurance

Our therapists are Graduate Sports Therapists and Massage Therapists. We currently do not have any physiotherapists working here. So please check in advance if you are covered for treatment with your private insurance providers.
